CESSNOCK PUBLIC EXHIBITION PLANNING PROPOSAL - 18/2017/6/1 71 BRANXTON STREET, GRETA On 28 August 2020 the Department of Planning Industry and Environment ssued a Gateway determination enabling Councl to place the Planning Proposal 18/2017/6/1-71 Branxton Street, Greta on ehibtion for a period of 4 days. This is consistent with Counet's resolution to proceed with this Proposal at its Ordinary Meeting held 6 June 2018. The objective of the Planning Proposal is to amend the Cessnock Local Environmental Pan 2011 to recone land at 71 Branton Street from RUZ to and R2 Gn parti to reduce the minimum iot sze from 40Ha to 45oma tn part and to identify the ste as an urtban eloase area The Planning Proposal is on public exhibition for a period of 14 days from 11 November to 25 November 2020 and can be viewed at the following iocations Council's Administration Building Customer Services Sectiont Council Public Libraries and Councils website at https/www.cessnocknowgovau/Counci/Have-yoursay Any person may make a written submission in relation to the Planning Proposal.
